Through special grant writing and the uniqueness of the BME, we are proud to offer limited grants to help those households with urgent and or pressing home repairs.Special focus is placed on weatherization and code requirements. If you think you qualify for our grant program please print the attached PDF file and visit the BME for review. Not all applicants will be approved.Grant applicants are responsible for 20% to 40% of the BME selling price. Grantee copay is based upon household income.
